Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order.

Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date the package is received and must be preceded by an e-mail sent to email@example.com. The buyer pays the handling and shipping fees, and payment is refunded after we receive the returned items.
When an item is returned the buyer must send us an email containing the tracking number and an estimate time of arrival.
